Fundraising Success
NKU Development has raised more than $40 million in the last five years for university programs and projects, including the $7 million gift from Griffin Industries to name the new College of Informatics building and the $15 million gift from the Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile Jr./US Bank Foundation to name the College of Business.
However, it is not just the big gifts that grow Northern Kentucky University and assist in its operations. Annual giving through the Annual Fund for Excellence and the Dean's Fund for Excellence yield a good percentage of the university's gift total. These pledges are the lifeblood of the university and respective colleges and allow each flexibility to address needs as they arise.
Below, you will see a breakdown of the gifts NKU has received, including major gifts ($10,000 or more) and annual giving (gifts less than $10,000).
